Our SharePoint applications (including RIOT, WBS Manager, Approver, and Req Man) operate entirely within your Microsoft 365 tenant. We do not collect, store, or transmit your SharePoint data to any external servers. All data created and managed by our applications remains within your organization's SharePoint Online environment under your full control.
2.2 Information Collected via Our Website
When you visit zerodi.net, we may collect:

2.3 Microsoft Graph API Permissions
Our RIOT application may request the following Microsoft Graph API permissions:
- Mail.Send - Used solely to send notification emails to project stakeholders regarding risk, issue, and opportunity status changes. Emails are sent on behalf of the authenticated user and are not stored or processed by Zero Di.
Our Approver application may request the following Microsoft Graph API permissions:
- Mail.Send - Used solely to send notification emails to approvers and submitters regarding approval request status changes (submissions, approvals, rejections, and returns). Emails are sent on behalf of the authenticated user and are not stored or processed by Zero Di.
Our Req Man application may request the following Microsoft Graph API permissions:
- Mail.Send - Used solely to send notification emails for change requests, formal reviews, and requirement assignments. Emails are sent on behalf of the authenticated user and are not stored or processed by Zero Di.
Our WBS Manager application does not request any Microsoft Graph API permissions. It operates entirely through SharePoint Online APIs using the current user's existing SharePoint permissions.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use information collected through our website to:

4. Data Storage and Security
Our SharePoint applications store all data within your Microsoft 365 tenant using SharePoint Online lists. We implement security best practices including:

5. Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties. We do not have access to the data you create within our SharePoint applications.
